BOX OFFICE AT CARRIAGEWORKS
Located in CarriageWorks' foyer, the Box Office is open for door sales from 1 hour prior to advertised performance times.

Please note: The Box Office at CarriageWorks is not open at other times for ticket sales, or for phone sales. To purchase tickets over the phone, please call Ticketmaster on 1300 723 038. To purchase advance tickets in person, please visit a Ticketmaster outlet.

When booking by web, phone or a Ticketmaster outlet, transaction fees from $4.30 per transaction apply.
No transaction fee is charged when you purchase tickets from the CarriageWorks Box Office, which is open for door sales from 1 hour prior to advertised performance times.

Proof of concession must be produced to obtain the concession rate. Concessions are only available where indicated and may be subject to availability.

COMPANION CARD
Recognised for performances and events hosted by Carriageworks. Cardholders will not be required to pay for the cost of tickets for their carer. At the time of ticket purchase cardholders may either fax, email or send by mail a copy of their valid cardholder identification.  Alternatively, the Card may be presented in person at the Box Office. Cardholders will then be issued with a second ticket (complimentary) for their essential support companion. A copy of the Card may be kept on file for future ticket purchases. Please note that the Card may not be recognised for events staged by other presenting companies, please enquire when booking.

CHILDREN AT CARRIAGEWORKS PERFORMANCES
Children 2 years and under will be permitted into all CarriageWorks shows free of charge, to sit on the lap of a paying patron. Should the child require a chair, tickets can be purchased at the concession rate. Children 14 years and under are also eligible for concession rate tickets.

ACCESSIBLITY
Accessible seating can be booked via Ticketmaster Customer Services Centre on 136 100 (option8) between 9am and 9pm, Monday to Saturday and 9am to 5pm Sunday. Outside these hours, requests for accessible seating can be submitted via the Ticketmaster Accessible Tickets button. This button is located on the right hand side of the page of each CarriageWorks event listed on the Ticketmaster website.

CarriageWorks provides for up to two accompanying patrons to purchase tickets within the accessible seating area. Any further patrons in the party will be required to purchase seats from the general allocation.

Accessible seating is released for general sale from 2 hours prior to the performance, or earlier at venue request, pending ticket sales.
