A performance by Stalker

Elevate is  an explosive outdoor work fusing hip-hop and breakdance with Stalker’s trademark stilt acrobatics and a 5 meter-high catapult. Conceived by David Clarkson and directed by Nick Power aka B Boy Rely, this is an energetic street style performance. The high voltage work pushes the boundaries of contemporary street theatre, capturing audiences with its risk taking approach to both breaking, stilts and aerial.

Elevate is a highly disciplined, physically rigorous spectacular work which incorporates the street-dancing style, acrobatic dance, and daring of breakdance with Stalker’s subtlety of performance and spectacle.

Elevate will premiere at the new physical theatre festival Flipart in Canberra in March. It will then perform at the Platform 3 Hip Hop Festival at CarriageWorks on  Saturday 20 March and Hoopla Darling Harbour at Easter.
